The Chemung County probation department is full of corrupt individuals who don't do their job accordingly and go above and beyond the call of duty and their rules and regulations handbook. I would 100% avoid taking probation in Elmira, NY if you can. I would never work for this agency unless I was a no good lying wanna be police officer. The amount of Harassment that come out of this building is absolutely uncalled for for. When you call to try and file a complaint it gets pushed under the rug by the county executive the mayor the director. This place should be sued and shut down. Sincerely Mr. Justin E. Hoose
