The customer politeness concerning interpersonal communication deserves an failing grade, I will walk in to the Elite Cleaners and say Good afternoon 3 Times to the Owner, unfortunately he will not respond. I have to ask him are you going to respond, did you not here me, and he will finally answer. I had to research Elite Cleaners on the internet to locate the Owners name, because he refused to release his name. I asked him does he want and desire my business, he acted as if he didn't understand what I was saying to him. He does know how to communicate clearly on the amount to charge prices, and that his title is the owner.The Internet listed Soong Gutierrez as Elite Cleaners Owner, I am not sure if the information is correct, the gentleman whom states he is the Owner refused to release his name.
