Came to my house to detect leak on February 1st and marked the area. I had plumbers come and break ground to fix leak and found that the pipe was intact, no leak. They continued making holes in my house trying to find it until I stopped them and told them I would call American Leak Detection back so they can re-do their detection again. I have been trying to call American Leak Detection for the past 7 days with no answer, not returning my voicemails and practically ghosting me. This is horrible work and horrible customer service. The guy who came to detect back on Feb. 1st did not even get the room of the leak correctly. Now I have to pay another company to come detect the leak after I paid American Leak Detection $375 for nothing!!!
