Horrible customer service. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she informed me that she was part owner. I will never do business with these people again. They will charge you for 4 hours work when they were only there 2 hours. The guys informed me that one of them was a trainee but I was charged $145 because there was two of them. People should not have to pay extra because the plumber has a trainee with him. If the problem would of at least been fixed that would of been great but the plumbing fell apart and I had to call a different company to fix the leak.
