I wab very unhappy with glasses I got. They did not at any point tell me they had changed the type of lense they were using! when I went to pick them up I couldn't see to the side at all, They told me if I paid an extra $60.00 I could get HD lense. Why was I never given that chance to start with? I told the girl I just wanted my money back! They said thry had thrown away my old lense.She told me if I got a refund I could never go back to WalMart again for glasses . Why would I want to? She finally said she would defer the $60.00When I got them they were ok. Then she lied and said that they need to tweak the up close. So I came back for the 4th time and I knew as soon as I got on the road in my car I could not read road signs> I knew then I had been had. I had my husband pick up the old lense, when I tried to change them myself they were very hard to change so I went back for the 5th time to have the other lense put in. I told her I had gotten 1 side in would she pls put other side in. She came back to tell me that the other one was in . She LIED to me! she had put the new lense on other side. I was so upset that I just took them and left. So after 5 trips a lot of inconsiderate treatment I still can not see. I am tired of people in these places thinking that because you are OLD that you are Stupid!! Don't let them bully you into anything because you are OLD.
